When my husband and I were getting ready to PCS, we decided to call Coldwell Banker for a referral in the Ft. Hood area and we ended up with Tina.
I contacted her before we arrived, and she went into action. The day we arrived she had several houses lined up to show us and several more the following days to come. Unknown to us and to her, that this was going to be a very long process. After the first few days we had decided on one house we could live with, but the owner wasn't willing to settle, so we moved on. this is when the fun started. We looked every free minute we could find, and the nights got later and later, but Tina stuck with us. We finally found another house to bid on, but once there was a problem and several days before closing and we were back to looking. This went on for several months, when I received a call from Tina saying a new place just came on the market and she knew it was perfect for us. That night we met her at the house and that evening we put in our bid. This time everything worked out and we have been in our house for almost a year now. Tina was right! It was our perfect house, and we are very happy in it. Through our months of searching, we came to know and love Tina and every change we get we tell new people moving into the area to call her.

She made reasonable suggestions regarding what needed to be done to my home to ready it for sale, i.e., not having to repaint the whole entire house! A huge expense I didn't need to make. Tina made sure I knew when she or another agent would be bringing prospective buyers to view the house. I didn't always have to be absent from the house, which I appreciated.

She was helpful and in negotiating with the buyers regarding what costs we each we pay towards repairs and closing costs. Tina had great contractors I used for the repairs needed from the home inspection that were both reasonable and timely.
Tina went over the closing process with me so there were no surprises when it was time to sign the final paperwork. She advised me when I should have the utilities transferred and made me aware of the choices I had regarding the payment of funds.
